Refractory Castable is manufactured under our registered brand name: HY-CAST. We manufacture a wide range of standard refractory castables ranging from the following: a) Dense, b) Gunning Application, c) Low Cement, d) Insulation (Light Weight & Medium Weight) and e) Special Refractory.

As we have our very own research and development department, we are able to cater to special requests of customers’ concerning bulk density, thermal conductivity and cold crushing strength. We will provide an equivalent or a recommendation of our product to their closest specifications.
Our Pre-Cast Blocks have a maximum dry-out of 600 degC. Among some if the pre-cast blocks manufactured are a) Impact Block, b) Weir, c) Damper, d) Kiln Car Block, e) Burner Block etc. We are also able to manufacture pre-cast blocks based on customers’ drawings and specifications.
Plastic Mouldable is manufactured under our registered brand name: HY-RAM. Our plastic mouldable comes standard in a 25kgs/box packing.
Our Mortar is an air setting mortar manufactured under our registered brand name: HY-SET. It comes in a standard 40kgs/drum packing.
At the moment, our Insulating Firebrick plant is currently undergoing its final stages of commissioning and tests. We are expected to be in full production by the second half of 2009.
